Hebrew National Picnic with Inspiring People

by Elizabeth

I love where I live, there is no doubt about that. I live near the beach, but near the traffic. I live near the blue crab dinners, and near the seagulls. I live in the quite but not to far away from the cities. I always love a day away to meet more moms like me. Moms that have a voice and are active in changing their world by having a voice. (blog)

Whenever I meet them, they inspire me. New friends like classymommy, dcrmom, and momieswstyle and old friends like @slpowell and @boxofchocolates who have been tweeting along side of me for ages and give me a recharge with my purpose of blogging whenever i need it.

It was a beautiful day at the park today and I was so thankful to DCRmom for planning the event by the motherhood and sponsered by #hebrewnational. If you are thinking this was a regular day, it wasn’t. I don’t get out much but this picnic was not your ordinary picnic. It was a picnic with a purpose. It is always great to connect with each other and help other moms in need. How wonderful. One of my mottos is and I hope you agree “Let’s not only acknowledge those that are different but offer a hand of help instead of turning our noses up at moms that are struggling”. Today, the women that were there were taking a minute to acknowledge that our struggles may be different but being a mom is a hard job and it’s even harder to do alone. What an amazing company (The Motherhood) and (Hebrew National) in supporting mothers in their own journeys.
