I love to blog. I love to read blogs. While others may have some problems with blogs, I choose to read good supported blogs to receive some news. You may say that they could be leaning towards their personal agenda but, I would rather read from a personal blog reporting fact with their opinion interjected then have a media source report their news with their agenda hidden. (I feel the media’s coverage of the election is proof that no one can remain neutral.)
Blogs embrace an opinion with honesty wrapped around fact. www.AmericasRight.com has been a daily read for me covering the political happenings in the U.S. these days. While you may wonder if the facts are truth at all, a blog reader knows it takes time to build the reader’s trust. Important successful bloggers take this seriously and good blogs will not comment on false things or misrepresent facts, They do not want to betray their readers trust.
I will say that once again in the media, the name of the source(NBC, ABC or what have you) or the blogger, is the name of the game. Reading good reliable sources with blogs can be a comfort to you as you read opinions and views from like minded individuals and connect those that think the same as you. This connecting is a wonderful experience to know you are not alone in the world with your viewpoint or experiences.
Here is a short movie that will explain blogs and their use in plain english.
