With so many choices in the food market healthy food decisions can be tough. Everyone seems to be jumping on the Gluten Free, Omega Filled, and Organic Diet marketing schemes band wagon. It is confusing with this brand promising this from thier product and that brand promising something different. So, when UDI’s products claimed this-I wasn’t sure what to think.

We have discover UDI’s is the real deal!

Recently my family and I tried some gluten free foods by udi’s. At first we were a little skeptical because we have tried gluten free products before and they were a bit disappointing. They lacked flavor and texture. Basically it felt like you were eating part of a cardboard box. But I can honestly say, we didn’t experience any of that with the udi’s baked goods we tried.

So, what exactly did we tried. We tried the white and bread sandwich bread. We put these two breads up to a tough test, the kid test. The kids actually ate the entire bread when it was their lunch sandwich. Normally we have all the crust leftover from both children, but this time that was not the case. For a snack one day I made cinnamon raisin toast. That was another hit with the household food critics. In the mornings we tried their bagels and the lemon streusel muffins.

Now you have to understand my husband is very weary of anything that says “free” on the label. He says “anything that says free, isn’t for me.” Well I think he liked the muffins more than everyone else in the house did. To be honest with all of my health problems we have never liked a good gluten free product.

I like the udi’s brand products. Really the only negative thing I could say is the pieces of bread were small. You get a healthy tasty alternative to the normal gluten free products I have tried in the past. They have a wide variety of choices on their website. Choices range from a variety of different breakfast choices to hamburger and hot dogs rolls in addition to the bread that they make. I think that you will enjoy their products also if you are trying to change your diet and starting to eat healthier and more gluten free.
